We offer concepts, production and intermedial marketing via all channels to reach as much viewers as possible for each film we work on. In our structure we can offer partners several different fitting deals, adjusted on the demand. Depending on this, our partners have the choice to work with different teams as counterpart:
The company daredo media GmbH, a subsidiary of daredo GmbH, keeps the whole chain of exploitation in its hands and is thus able to exploit all of the various rights connected to a movie: distribution and broadcasting rights for cinema, TV-sales, DVD/Blu-Ray distribution via digital rights exploitation (streaming and download), advertising and merchandise rights, as well as the right to produce additional products like soundtracks, eBooks and audio books. The chain is complete, and thus guarantees the best possible exploitation with the creator’s best interest in mind. We call this strategy “intermedial marketing“. daredo media operates successful film labels such as Darling Berlin or M-Square Pictures and our own theatrical distribution incl. booking and billing to the German cinemas. daredo media is also running several well-known music labels. So if there is an interesting soundtrack, you can see a parallel music release during the exploitation of the appendant film.

Our physical and digital distribution department is specialized in DVDs and Blu-Rays as well as in digital placement and releases a wide range of genres from Arthouse movies (e.g. “Love Steaks”, “Kaptn Oskar” and “Liebe mich!) to Trash and Horror movies (e.g. “Sharknado 3″, “Hänsel vs. Gretel” and “III – The Ritual”. The physical team works closely together with the digital department in order to get the best timing possible for our tuned release policy and product placement. The digital exploitation enclose movies and series via VOD (video-on-demand) incl. SVOD (subscription-video-on-demand), TVOD (transaction-video-on-demand) and/or AVOD (advertised-video-on-demand) as well as EST (electronic-sell-throuh) / DTO (download-to-own). daredo distribution, a division of daredo GmbH, is also working closely together with Soulfood Music in matters of visits of sales force in local stores and by using Sony’s logistics for shipping the products. daredo distribution also rents DVDs and Blu-Rays to home entertainment video stores.

The digital distribution digedo, a division of daredo GmbH, is one of the leading independent digital music distribution companies in Europe. Since 2012, the business areas expanded into an intermedial distribution setup which means, that digedo now also exploits digital films, audiobooks, eBooks and Apps worldwide. digedo offers all costumers and partners the in-house content management console (CMC) which allows all partners maximum convenience, transparency and security. The CMC includes a full analytics-tool, files in the cloud (to get secure access from everywhere you want if you´re online all the time) and daily figures (if the shop-partner or portal carrier deliver this datas). digedo exploits and monetize digital audiovisual content like music videos, short-films, clips, movies, trailer and series. Furthermore, digedo is working closely together worldwide with all relevant portals which are offering AVOD (advertising-video-on-demand) to block and/or monetize audiovisual content.
