The track “Timothy L” from Groove Rebels (Harthouse) entered the official German Club Charts (DCC) on position #35. The hot-blooded, full-on DJ duo Skai and Deekay, hailing from Mainz where the two residents are solely responsible for the booking of renowned house club 50Grad, recently got their calling when they ventured into production as well. After years of DJing and successfully running club nights like the “Envy My Music” parties which has seen them move into one of the most successful clubs in Frankfurt, Sven Väth’s legendary Cocoon Club, regularly rocking the crowds with their very own blend of techy house and housey electro, Skai, who is also working as a booker, and sound developer Deekay, got together in the studio which resulted in their first release “Untight” on Great Stuff which also marked their national breakthrough. “Dicks In Space”, their follow up on Toca 45, is just as anticipated as this sweet little release on hit stable Harthouse, the label that seems to have taken an avant-garde position in signing future tracks that unfold unlimited potential on the dancefloor – just like “Chev Chelios”, a phenomenal three tracker that should firmly establish itself with those who enjoy out of boundary, basic, acid flavoured housetec on an electroey tip.
